Features: 1. This is Hydraulic hot forming Machine, Frame structure in good rigidity. Its main function is to press forming SMC/DMC/BMC slice material ( commonly called glass fiber reinforced plastics) in metal mould. This series product has reached international advanced level. 2. Adopt integrated system of cartridge valve, minor impact, reliable performance, long service time and less leakage. Guide automatic lubrication device (this technology is introduced from Taiwan). 3. Electro-Hydraulic integrated safety device. Eg. Oil cylinder lower chamber support, upper and lower chamber interlocking loop and etc. Safety is superior. It has pressure keeping and time delaying function, time delay can be adjustable. 5. Working pressure and stroke can be adjusted according to technology requirement within prescribed limit.
